Project Description
A breakaway member of the Spill Collective Melbourne, Theresa Harrison, has been awarded a City of Yarra Arts grant to produce an interactive arts installation in a property in Carlton, early 2010. Theresa has invited UVM to be a main participant in the project.
The project is focusing on the themes of voyeurism and 'peering into' others lives. A house in Carlton will be emptied of the occupants for a day/night and installations from different artists will be set up in the bedrooms/loungerooms etc of the house. The audience will view these installations by peering through the windows of each room from a laneway which the windows overlook.
